I have a Kahles Helia C 3-12 x 56 mm mounted up on my Sendero and it is one of my favorite scopes that I own.
If the L is anywhere close to the C it ought to be a good scope.

Kahles has great customer ser. I have had a 3x12x56 since 1980 and sent it back one time to be resealed at no charge. I liked the fact that if you call, you get to talk to the tech that is doing the work. This has been my experience.
