If Lucas McCain is on TV, somebody gonna die!
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

My daughter gave me these for Christmas one year. But The Rifleman was good too. It was interesting at how many of those shows featured a unique gun. Chuck Connors had his rifle modified to fire from the hip, the Rebel had a sawed off sxs, Josh Randall had a sawed off rifle, and Paladin's cavalry model wasn't exactly ideal for a fast draw. And the Buntline Special that Wyatt Earp carried was a myth. I once read an interview with Connors where he said he decided to put live ammo in his rifle and see how well he could shoot it using the technique that opened every show. He said he couldn't even begin to control it and wouldn't have been able to hit anything if it were real. I thought it was cool anyway. The world has sure changed, though some movies do still feature cool guns. The Expendables always have something interesting.

Paladin was the man! Wonder how long a T.V. show would last these days with an asian porter named Hey Boy ? Yep. "Hittin' the Slopes" had a whole different meaning then.
