Anyone know of a place that can repair some leather pull-on boots? the seam running down the side has come unstitched...about an inch or so. Seems like it should be a simple fix for someone that knows what they're doing.

Last time I looked into having a pair of boots re-doled, they wanted as much as a new pair of boots. slap

Yeah, I could see where it may not be worth the cost to have some re-soled, but all I need is a 1" part of a seam re-stitched...surely that shouldn't cost too much...

That looks easy enough to fix yourself.
I've done much more difficult leather work.

I can (and have, many times) stitched up rips in hunting/work clothing (where I don't care much what it looks like), but I would prefer to have these fixed "the right way". I've been unable to find any new boots that I like, so I'd rather try to get more life out of these.

He is a great guy. It is below the hill next to the new liquor store.
