I did when I lived in Auburn. Always went in the area that borders the sod farm off of Wire Rd. Heard plenty of birds killed a few and never really saw any other hunters. You looked awfully comfy in that cab and air tractor bushhoggin the runway when I passed you the other day. If you could convice Doc to let you hunt his turkeys that'd be a great way to scout them. We had a little luck when I was there in this area. Turkeys love those sod farms. Right across 29 is a few hundred acres of state land you can hunt. I killed a nice gobbler in there. Don't know if the timber has been cut but it was open pines in spots 11 years ago.
