Been using an API for as long as I can remember, but my current stand is aging and I feel like I should consider a new one. I don't like a Summit, so give me some names of other brands you like....

Summit is the closest I have found to an API. I did not like the old summits but this newer one I have is nice. What dont you like about Summit?

I want to try a Tree Walker.
But, every time one gets posted in the classifieds on here it’s up north and sells quickly.

I doubt I’ll ever buy another stand , but Buckshot makes a climber with a rigid bar design and if I were going to buy another stand , that’s what i would buy.

I like the way the ole man climbs the best. I have two APIs and its awkward climbing them to me. If the ole man had a little better seat, it would be #1 hands down

I love my summit. Had an ole man, it wS decent. Only other stand i have owned was N old one that had the solid v bar and wooden seat that you moved from front to back. Much improved since then

Treemaster? I grew up with one, good stand for its time

Lone wolf and treewalker for me. Treewalker is most comfortable and solid in my opinion. Sux treewalker went out of business

Tree walker. I thought API ,or at least Paul Meeks , was back in business. I love my API and treewalker both.

Don’t remember. Just remember it was heavy, awkward, and not quiet

I like my older Lone Wolf products, but now the company is having some patent rights drama going on. Not sure what the deal is. You can still buy sit-n-climbs from on-line stores, but google the company and it seems they only advertise loc-ons in some line called D'Aquisto and way over-priced. Even the logo has changed. Novix advertises a loc-on very similar to the alpha II loc-on (looks like they removed the wolf head shaped bow-holder). But I see where no sit-n-climbs are being continued.
