Why is it important to specify which arm I got vaccinated in for an MRI?

The MRI is on my Lumbar Spine (spondylolisthesis), but why does that even matter?

I'm genuinely curious?

For an MRI? vaccination? I have had 4 or 5 MRI's and never had to get any kind of shot.

I was filling out all that paperwork before my MRI in my back, and they wanted to know if I had been vaccinated and if so in which arm in either of the first or second doses. It kind of seemed irrelevant to me

Its because they don't want to accidentally de-activate the tracking device that was inserted along with the vaccine...

He is asking why should it matter which arm he received his vaccinations in if the MRI is of his back. Heck, I don't know why it matters at all for an MRI unless there was something in the vax that could render the MRI useless.

So they can note where the blood clots are in relation to where the shot was. 😂

In my experience dealing with medical professionals auditors law enforcement and basically anybody in authority, they usually ask for about $150 to 180% of the information they really need for what they're actually doing. I deal with auditors a lot, and I frequently tell them that their request is overreaching for what they are trying to validate and that's usually the end of it.

To see if you’re vaccinated

Maybe?

They asked that too, right before they wanted to know which arms I'd had the vaccination in.

Hellifiknow then

Blood clots would be next or where they’re gonna inject the dye

I have no idea. No telling what we’ve been injecting.

Maybe they don't want to be blamed for an issue that could be related to the vax, and want to shoot the dye in the other arm.

I just had one on my left knee a few weeks back. They asked me if I had the shot. I told her it was really none of her business. 30 minutes later the MRI was done.

This was a no-dye MRI. Read in one place it could be so they know why any nodes were inflamed anywhere that normally arent.

Probably will give you a different MRI result based on how you answer.
