The way I understand it is that the end user will not be rolling joints with the product. I think they are just gonna take the actual flowers and get a walter white type character to process it into a pill or some sort of form that’s easier to tell where it came from.

"Yeah, but thats just cbd, it wont get you high". Well, you might aught to read a little bit. And yeah, alot of it will get you high. "But they cant sell any with thc in it". Well, you might aught to read a little bit because they sure do sell products with thc in them. " Yeah, but it can only have a very small amount, it wont get you high". Well, you might aught to try it before you believe that because ALOT of it will infact get you high as h**l. So, marijuana is already here. Its being sold. The law is doing absolutely nothing about it. Its over with. Might as well get used to it. Its just fixin to get bigger. The groundwork has been laid. Were used to it now.

I do not do drugs so I cannot personally attest to this, but I have been told that the Delta 8 products sold in many gas stations across Alabama will, in fact, get you high as h*ll. Even those with "high tolerance".

My head was hurting really bad for several days after i got home from the hospital. I would not take the narcotics they offered me. After three days i made my wife go get some cbd at the nature store she goes to. Its D8+CBD. It made my head quit hurting and i was able to sleep. I took it and went to bed so i never really felt anything. However, last Wednesday when it rained all day, my head felt like somebody slapped me in my left ear. About 5:30 i took some. Then i went to church to play practice then i came home. Im pretty sure i had the munchies and was a little stoned. I cant say for 100% sure because the low pressure and rain already had my head feeling crazy before i took it. I can day for certain my head quit hurting and when i went to bed around 9:30 i went to sleep fast and slept like a rock all night. Ive criticized CBD some and i dont agree with anyone getting high. But that CBD has helped me alot. I dont take it much any more. Once last week. I took some today because this weather had my head feeling crazy again. I wont take any more if my head will act right. I can see the benefit of it and i wont judge anyone for trying it if theyre in pain.

If you took a delta 8 gummy, it isn't CBD, it's THC, the same sfuff we knew and loved as teenagers in the '70s. The federal hemp act allows THC at concentrations no higher that .3%, as long as it's refined from HEMP, not cannabis. You eat an entire 15 mg gummy, and you aren't a regular smoker, you WILL get high. Furthermore, you pee in a bottle a week or 2 later, you will test positive. Good to know if you are job hunting. The concentrations of THC in the cannabis they are growing out west is 5 or 6 times higher than what was available 30-40 years ago, but the legal hemp derived products are pretty close to what was available back then. That's what a friend tells me, anyway.
