Goldhill1 OP 4 point Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 250 Auburn	Not sure how to post a pic, but I got the buck I was after! Real wide 7pt, and chasing a doe. Missed an opportunity two days ago on this buck…stayed just outside of bow range, and when he finally did get close enough there just too many little limbs in the way. Didn’t want to risk it. Went back to same spot this afternoon and he showed up again, grunting and chasing does. Along with another (smaller) buck. He was in some real thick stuff, but this time I tried the grunt call. Never had any success in the past, but after a long drawn out tending/breeding grunt, he made a 90 degree turn and came straight in. Took him at 28 yds, double lung, grim reaper broadhead. Ran 20 yds and piled up. What a day! Rut is full on in chambers county. Can someone tell me how to post pic?
