Anyone ever done this? The front deck and floor is rotted out. Back deck is aluminum. Have any of you gone back with an aluminum deck and flooring?

If the old pieces can be taken out and used for patterns, it should be a piece of cake. " Wonderboard " is another alternative.

I rebuilt an '80 model. Went back with marine grade plywood as that was what was originally in it. If I had it to do over again, I'd go the aluminum deck route due to saved weight. I put 13 coats of 2 part epoxy resin on it, so it should be good, it's just heavy. Really enjoyed the rebuild process though.

Thanks. I’m looking forward to the build.
