Jennifer is a pretty gal. Funny story related to her...
Irish Jr. was home from his big techie job in Seattle for the holidays. He likes to cook too, and wanted to make a bunch of batches of chocolate ship cookies for family gifts (Among the other nice gifts he gave everyone.) So I'm like cool, "Make the ones on the back of the Nestle Tollhouse package those are great."
Well, he wasn't having none of that, he's always has to have, do, be the best at everything, so we had to make a special trip to the store to get all these special ingredients he wanted to make the chocolate ship cookies with. Slivered almonds, Ghirardelli chocolate ships, ultra fine sea salt, Irish butter, etc...
Well... Mrs. Irish and I decided to go off somewhere in the Jeep, and he stayed at the cabin by himself making all these cookies, we get back several hours later and it looks like a bomb exploded in the kitchen, and there's racks and racks of all these chocolate chip cookies like he's a damned Keebler Elf or something. He's like, "Try one."
Mrs. Irish and I, as you know, know our way around a kitchen and know what good food is, we both take a bite out of these things and we look at each other totally blown away. We're both in our 60's and have eaten a bunch of chocolate chip cookies in our lives and hands down these were the best chocolate ship cookies either one of is has ever had before. Best cookies I have ever had period.
So we asked Irish Jr. where he got the recipe... He said, "Jennifer Garner."
Seriously. Look up her Chocolate chip cookie recipe.
So, I would marry her ass just for her damn chocolate chip cookies.
