A local gun shop has one in .308. I’m thinking about bringing it home but I first wanted to ask the Aldeer experts. First, I’ve never owned a browning x bolt. A friend of mine has an older A bolt that is a tack driver but I don’t know anyone with an x bolt. Do they still have a reputation for being quality and accurate out of the box rifles? Also would I be able to get the barrel threaded one day or will the barrel be too thin?

They are tack drivers. Great rifles.

If you don’t buy it, PM me the details.
